1. Platform Description
Policy Pulse Center (“Platform”) is a technology-based referral and coordination platform that helps connect
users with licensed insurance professionals and facilitates request submission, onboarding, and related
administrative workflows.
Policy Pulse Center is not an insurance carrier and does not itself issue policies,
bind coverage, or guarantee approval, pricing, or underwriting outcomes
2. No Guarantee of Coverage
Use of the Platform does not guarantee that a user will receive an insurance quote, policy, approval decision, coverage placement, pricing outcome, or any specific insurance product. All underwriting, eligibility, pricing, and coverage decisions are made by the applicable licensed carrier, provider, agency, or authorized professional.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you agree that the information you submit will be accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
You are responsible for reviewing any materials provided to you by a licensed professional and
for asking questions if you do not understand the information presented.
4. Agent and Referral Disclosure
Insurance professionals who use or receive referrals from the Platform are responsible for maintaining their
own required licenses, appointments, authorizations, and regulatory compliance.
Policy Pulse Center does
not assume responsibility for the individual advice, recommendations, representations, omissions, or
compliance obligations of any independent insurance professional.
5. No Professional Advice by the Platform
Information presented on the Platform is for general informational and workflow purposes only and should
not be construed as legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice from Policy Pulse Center. Any product
recommendation, policy guidance, or advice should come from a properly licensed professional authorized
to provide it.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
By using the Platform, you understand that information you submit may be collected, stored, processed, and
shared with licensed insurance professionals or service providers as reasonably necessary to facilitate your
request and related communications.
While reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational
safeguards may be used, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Additional privacy-related
details should be stated in the Platform’s Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory,
invasive of another person’s privacy, or disruptive to the operation of the Platform. You also agree not to
attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape content in violation of applicable
terms, transmit malicious code, or misuse forms, emails, or submission channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Policy Pulse Center and its operators, affiliates, vendors, and service
providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary
damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, the inability to use the Platform, any decisions
made by carriers or professionals, any delay in response, or any errors in user-submitted information. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by the claimant
specifically for use of the Platform.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may incorporate or link to third-party services, including scheduling tools, email systems,
analytics providers, hosting providers, and other integrations. Policy Pulse Center is not responsible for the
availability, performance, content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
10. Suspension or Termination
Policy Pulse Center may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without
notice, if it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, created risk, submitted false information,
abused the Platform, or engaged in conduct inconsistent with lawful and appropriate use.
11. Modifications
Policy Pulse Center may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes
become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States
and the state designated by the Platform operator, without regard to conflicting law principles, except where
a different governing law is required by applicable law.
